Trades Workforce Solutions specialises in providing Quality Trades People to the Australia Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.


We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join our team for ongoing work in the Western & Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

To be successful, you will have previous civil experience and a positive safety attitude.


The role offers:

38 hours Monday to Friday + Overtime available regularly
Hourly Rate of $32.50- $36.00 per hour depending on Skills & Qualifications plus overtime and allowance.
A friendly, team-orientated work environment


To be considered for these opportunities you MUST:

  • Hold a Construction White Card
  • Reliable transport
  • Have a genuine interest in learning civil / earth works
  • Have a great work ethic and show initiative and be a team player

You will be supported to learn all aspects of general civil labouring and earth works on minor roads and subdivisions.

This includes task such as:
- back filling pipes and pits,
- concrete placement,
- shovelling,
- pipe laying,
- sand and gravel bagging,
- dewatering,
- site flagging / delineation
