As our Manager/Senior Manager - Global Trade your key responsibilities include:

  • Drawing on your current skills and experience across Global Trade you will work on projects in developing strategy, insights, technical advice and support to clients.
  • You will help clients to set global trade strategy and policy through evaluation of problems, development of solutions and the crafting of implementation roadmaps
  • This will include working with a range of government and nongovernment organisations across the global trade lifecycle from trade promotion, through to trade operations
  • Proven ability to develop solutions and demonstrate leadership qualities including coaching and mentoring a growing team.
  • Proven ability to lead projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies

What we're looking for
Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

  • Strong market facing skills
  • Strong technical experience in global trade regulatory frameworks
  • Supply chain experience and previous exposure to complex international supply chains
  • Experience in the field of Global Trade technologies (e.g., SAP GTS, data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau and RPA)
  • The ability to provide practical solutions in relation to Global Trade for both inbound and outbound clients
  • Freedom of thinking about how complex problems can be solved.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience in dealing with Customs and International Trade issues in other jurisdictions.
