Engaging with senior stakeholders, this role demands a strong communicator with proven troubleshooting skills.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Remotely provide incident resolution and problem management for requests logged by clients
  • Responsible for assistance and/or resolution for assigned incidents with the objective to restore service in a timely and effective manner, meeting or exceeding SLAs
  • Problem solving, trouble shooting and conducting root cause analysis for logged incidents
  • Participate in internal testing as new product versions are released to our region.
  • Attempt to ascertain the root cause of the clients issue using your proven troubleshooting skills

To be considered for this position essential requirements include:

  • Experience providing Application Support Services in a functional/technical capacity
  • Commercial experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
  • Proven SQL scripting (intermediate level) and Oracle scripting (basic level) experience
  • Strong communication and highly developed customer service skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
