About the role
- Provide operational network (WAN/LAN/Firewall/Loadbalancer) Incident, Change and Problem management technical support
- Awareness and adherence to Fujitsu's service delivery processes and methods
- Address problems and issues that have major impact on business units.
- Work crossfunctionally to accomplish overall objectives.
- Others as determined from time to time.
About you
- Sound experience in LAN/WAN/Security/Application Load Balancing
- Several years' experience in enterprise scale LAN and WAN Infrastructure
- Experience in vendor/outsourcing environment
- Good Skills in Network Technologies
- Routing / Switching (core and high ended Data Centre devices), Firewall management (Cisco, Check Point), Load Balancers (F5).
- Good Skills in networking Routing, Switching, Firewall management, Load Balancers
- Good Skills in Cisco LAN/WAN, Check Point Firewalls and F5 Loadbalancers
- Experience using Enterprise class Service Desk and Operational Management, monitoring tools and processes to deliver IT support services
- Troubleshooting, Incident management and Change management disciplines are essential.
- ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management to foundation level
- Must Hold NV2 CLEARANCE
