About the role

  • Provide operational network (WAN/LAN/Firewall/Loadbalancer) Incident, Change and Problem management technical support
  • Awareness and adherence to Fujitsu's service delivery processes and methods
  • Address problems and issues that have major impact on business units.
  • Work crossfunctionally to accomplish overall objectives.
  • Others as determined from time to time.

About you

  • Sound experience in LAN/WAN/Security/Application Load Balancing
  • Several years' experience in enterprise scale LAN and WAN Infrastructure
  • Experience in vendor/outsourcing environment
  • Good Skills in Network Technologies
  • Routing / Switching (core and high ended Data Centre devices), Firewall management (Cisco, Check Point), Load Balancers (F5).
  • Good Skills in networking Routing, Switching, Firewall management, Load Balancers
  • Good Skills in Cisco LAN/WAN, Check Point Firewalls and F5 Loadbalancers
  • Experience using Enterprise class Service Desk and Operational Management, monitoring tools and processes to deliver IT support services
  • Troubleshooting, Incident management and Change management disciplines are essential.
  • ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management to foundation level
  • Must Hold NV2 CLEARANCE
