The Opportunity


Come and discover the opportunity to Orrcon Steel business at our Gillman team as a
Customer Service Representative. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands.


What Will You Do?
Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you'll also be:

  • create sales opportunities through proactive selling
- preparing and entering customer orders into our operating system
- support the external sales teams and branch
- collaborating with internal stakeholders (marketing, warehouse, and sales departments) ensuring customer expectations and requirements are met or exceeded
- managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues, and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience

You don't have to come from a steel background.

Our onboarding program will teach you all the product knowledge you need Where you will add value from day one is through your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings.


You'll bring:
