EA/Office Manager needed for an ASX listed business in Sydney CBD- Work from the office 4 days a week and 1 day from home, $115K package

- Full time, permanent role supporting a Director in a 1 capacity as well as the broader team with Office Management duties

Key responsibilities:
- Be a forward thinker in scheduling committee meetings, creating agenda's and taking minutes
- Assist with highlevel administration to the Director
- Stakeholder management and communication with staff from all levels of the organisation and highest level of executives
- Producing and coordinating reports and executive papers
- Provide support on adhoc projects as required

- Extensive experience gained as an Executive Assistant working directly for a Senior member of a Management team
- Strong administration abilities with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise competing deadlines with highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to achieve shared goals
