An agency in the city fringe area is on the hunt for an experienced Sales Administration Team Leader to come on board and hit the ground running alongside an award winning team.

About the Role:


  • Supervise and offer ongoing support, guidance to a team of 15, marketing and sales support duties
  • To conduct and ensure compliance for all administration duties from appraisal through to settlement
  • To provide support to the administration, finance and HR team as required
  • Compliance relating to agency agreements and property administration
  • Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team
  • Identify strengths specific leverage and share best practice
  • Weekly & monthly reporting
