- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and organise digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Profile
- Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Professionalism and a customerserviceoriented mindset.
Job Offer
this is a casual position with the flexibility of working 3-5 days per week, beginning as a casual position with the opportunity to go full-time
