Great opportunity for
Payroll officer for Full-time (or Part-time) role for an immediate start
[Responsibilities]

End to end weekly payroll processing under ADP outsourced environment
Liaise with ADP payroll processing, month end, yearend closing
Ensuring accuracy and timely processing of weekly payroll with preparing payroll adjustment sheets needed
Financial reporting and month end payroll functions
Ensuring the accuracy of data being recorded regarding timesheets, leave balances, salaries, employee details and more
Working in a team and manage the payroll functions
Working with HR in maintaining Employee Masterfile updates
Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll, financial, taxation and legal requirements
Supporting internal and external payroll enquiries
Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes across the payroll department
Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business

years of end-to-end payroll experience

Solid Award interpretation experience
ADP or similar payroll database experience
Excellent attention to detail
