Growing and successful remote construction company- Full time permanent Perth based role

Due to being awarded some exciting new projects in wider Western Australia they are now on the hunt for a Document Controller to join their team and support the delivery of these projects.
Based in the centrally located and modern Perth offices (not FIFO) this is a great opportunity for a well versed Document Controller to secure a permanent role working on some exciting remote and mine site construction projects.
On offer is a permanent full time role, a great salary and a chance to join a growing and successful WA business.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Implement and create document templates in line with company and project standards
- Make sure documents are used correctly and accessibly to relevant users
- Set up workflow templates, users and approvers
- Set up and train new users, trouble shoot system access and permission issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Monitor and report on compliance actively working to resolve issues
- Participate in audits and reviews of the DMS as required
- Manage company intranet
Essential criteria:
- At least 4 years experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry ideally on remote construction projects
- Aconex experience highly desirable
- Excellent IT software skills including proficient use of the full MS Office suite
- Understanding of ISO standards and certification/audit requirements
- Excellent organisation skills, time management and proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
