Stockyard Lot Feeders is looking for a new Maintenance Hand to join their team at Kerwee Feedlot, based in Jondaryan on the Darling Down in South-East Queensland.

About the role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be:

Operating various plant & equipment
Maintaining fixed and mobile plant and equipment
Undertaking general maintenance activities
Understanding and maintaining water system infrastructure
Repairing or problemsolving various aspects of feedlot maintenance
It is a dynamic, fastpaced environment at Stockyard's Kerwee Feedlot, so you'll need exceptional time management skills. You should be a selfstarter, able to recognise when a job needs doing and get it done
An ability to communicate well with all levels of the team
A strong focus on WHS Policy and procedures
Some mechanical knowledge is desirable
Mechanical qualifications would also be attractive; however, we also can create an opportunity for an apprentice
