u&u is partnering with a service provider that focuses on the installation, maintenance, and support of remote and mission-critical infrastructure and systems.
The key responsibilities
Participating in labour resource planning and scheduling both planned and unplanned work;
Maintaining Maximo by managing job plans and work orders from creation to completion;
Performing administrative tasks, including documentation control, data management, plan development, safety documentation, and incident reports for contracts and projects;
Assisting with purchase orders and quote; and
Supporting mobilization planning, subcontractor review and engagement, travel administration, critical works documentation package management, and stakeholder planning and engagement.
A friendly and positive attitude, and proactive approach to your work;
Have highly developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with others;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and preferably Maximo experience; and
2 years of administration experience with project administration or scheduling and works management support experience being highly desirable.
