Reporting into the Retail Operations Manager this role will operate primarily from our Camperdown Head Office.


ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Arrange for Faulty transfers & disposal of faulty stock.
  • Investigate Short deliveries & theft of stock on delivery.
  • Collating Style counts for stores
  • Conducting fortnightly Box counts
  • Conducting retail Audits as & when required
- keeping track of all maintenance requests required for stores & working with relevant departments to ensure everything is fixed in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining a detailed expense file on maintenance costs.
  • Sending out direction for transfers as directed by Operations, following up completion, booking pick up and following through process till store receives.
  • Keeping detailed record of all inter store transfers.


  • Maintaining Bookadelivery

  • Booking all deliveries through toll, following up transfers when required etc.
  • Completing costings of box movement to ensure we are not overspending on interstore transfers.

  • Personable, practical, orderly, time efficient, and takes pride in looking after their area of responsibilities.
  • A compliance first and safety conscious mindset.
  • Ability to prioritise and excellent followup skills.
