This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
Property Management Associate **to work full time at the Brisbane City Office, managing a dynamic portfolio with all apartments located within a 5km radius.

A company mobile phone is provided.

A company smart car is available for the team, however there may me be times when team members are required to use their own vehicle.

A corporate uniform can be provided if preferred.

Monday to Friday only - No weekends


As our next Property Manager Associate, you will:

• Liaise with tenants and owners regarding tenancy agreements
• Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
• Be responsible for coordinating property maintenance
• Conduct comparative market analysis' to ensure market rents are being achieved
• Issue all notices to tenants in accordance with RTA legislation
• Lease management and administration

What we are looking for:

• Property management experience
• Knowledge of Console Cloud property management software including Realworks will be highly regarded
• Exceptional communication & computer skills
• Someone who is highly organised and motivated, with excellent communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards
