people2people is working with an advisory firm who are seeking an administration assistant to work on a temporary basis until July 2023.
This role is paying up to $35ph + super.The Company
This well-regarded consulting firm has a national reach, with approximately 50 staff across Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Headed up by industry-leading Principals they are known for their expert knowledge and effective project delivery. Due to growth, there is now the need for an Admin Assistant to join their Sydney CBD team.
The Role
- Reporting to the Senior Advisor, as an Admin Assistant you will be the administration point of contact for all professional staff
You will:
- Prepare and format various documents including reports and presentations
- Maintain the company database and reports with client and staff projects
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous government administration experience is essential for this role
- MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to handle multiple priorities and high attention to detail
- A switchedon and professional working attitude
