About your new role:

We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Personal Assistant a genuine interest in Office Management and Human Resources.

In this high visibility role, you will work one on one with the Director, whilst getting exposure to all aspects of HR.

You will provide high level support to the Director as well as working closely with the HR team on everything from preparation of HR documentation, maintaining our HRIS, setting up and onboarding new employees, to travel arrangements, building management and day to day operations support.

What you'll bring to our team:

2+ yrs experience in an Administration role
An ability to provide high level support, including highly sensitive and confidential matters
An innovative and enthusiastic mindset; we're looking for initiative, new ideas and better ways of doing things
A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities (we can catch so you'll never be left on your own)
An inquisitive nature
