About the role
We have an exciting and dynamic role within our Industrial Liquids Waste business, CSA Specialised Services.
This Operations Manager role is pivotal to the success of our CSA business and will be accountable for all aspects of service delivery, leading the entire Operations department.
It is a dynamic and high-pressure environment role that requires a level head and sound problem-solving skills.Primarily the key focus for this role is to manage all aspects of our operation, including but not limited to the following key
responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations including the employee and vehicle allocation
- Leading and developing the Operations team
- Development and execution of Operations KPI's
- Managing key stakeholders including Senior Management, Sales and Finance
- Report preparation and improvement recommendations
- Optimising fleet and equipment utilisation
- Delivering exceptional customer service internally and externally
Experience & Skills:
Whilst a tertiary qualification in a related field such as Management or Business may be advantageous, a proven track record in effective Operations Management is essential.
- Proven people management experience
- Experience in continuous improvement and creating efficiencies
- Safety leadership
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and influence at all levels
- Ability to prioritise tasks for the team
- Liquid waste industry experience would be highly regarded
