ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced "Food Manufacturing" Production Manager to lead the team in our new "state of the art" facility in Caloundra that is due to open in July 2023.

You will be managing cost-effective food operations and projects that will meet the business development strategy, organisational targets and produce quality products that will enable our business to grow and prosper.

ABOUT YOU

Previous leadership experience in fast paced FMCG or food manufacturing.
Proven ability to meet production KPI's & budgets
Coordinate resources for labour, plant and equipment to deliver optimal production requirements efficiently and effectively
Ensure mínimal production downtime
Ability to collaborate with HR, Sales and other essential stakeholders.
Be an effective communicator and be willing to be hands on
