Your New Role
As a Administrative Assistant
you will provide support to the Team at
Racecourse Grange in Mornington.
You will enjoy working within our
Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Assisting with resident admissions (i.e. enquiry packs)
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers
- Assisting with facility accounts and bank processing in an accurate and timely manner

Does this sound like you?
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza.
