About us

Delzo is a premium cake brand providing gourmet cakes and pastries to suit the palates of various types of consumers.

The company has a plan to open 100 stores in Sydney and rest of NSW starting with our first store at Rhodes Waterside Mall.

Some of the specifics
We are seeking Retail Assistants to join our team.

• 2 fulltime employees (min 30 hrs) who will be working Monday-Friday
• 2 parttime employees (min 14 hrs) who will be working on weekends only.

The trading hours of our stores are long from 9.00am to 11.00pm, so one person will work in the morning shift and the other one will work in the afternoon shift.

Your primary goal will be assisting consumers in finding the right flavour of the cake to suit their palate and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting right types of cake
• Maintain knowledge of our product offerings and food safety standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using our pointofsale system.
• Keep the store clean and organised for a pleasant shopping environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Stay updated on current promotions and sales targets.
• Contribute to a positive team environment
