Corporate reception experience is not a criteria, however, strong customer service experience from backgrounds such as luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, travel etc is highly regarded.

Being self-motivated and proactive is key for this role as you can build upon your current skillset and learn from the best in the industry.

Lastly, this team have a self-professed love of coffee, so if you have barista experience, you will quickly be the office favourite

  • Create a warm and inviting world class impression for all who visit this elegant office. Ensure guests have an exceptional experience and are checked in, guided and attended to until colleagues and meeting attendees arrive
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are pristine and any meeting requests are organised in advance including refreshment and catering requests, video conferencing and IT systems on standby
  • Take responsibility for the internal team member experience including team catering requests, stationery and stock orders and office and kitchen maintenance
  • Manage and coordinate company meeting rooms for internal and external requests
