About the role


The role is to develop a full range of Ground Engagement Tool (G.E.T) products to the MinRes business and to the Wider Australian Market.

To drive the product development of G.E.T products and manage and record the performance fit and form and provide technical assistance and solutions to MinRes customers.

To manage orders, deliveries, and product development to increase revenue and provide cost savings to the business in line with the budget expectation.


In this position you'll:

  • Proven track record of G.E.T equipment in a technical/sales role.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with key stake holders.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to priorities own workload.
  • Travel to remote mine sites.
  • Compile technical case studies to capital all relevant information on new products.
  • Undertake retrieval of machine information including OEM part numbers and enter into computer systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with OH&S policies and procedures, and safe working practices.
  • Completion of any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the National Sales Manager.
Participate in hazard identification, assessment and control.

Necessary skills and qualifications:


  • Engineering or Trade Qualification
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Pumping Equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem solving ability.
  • Well organised selfstarter with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • 5 years experience in a similar position.
