THE OPPORTUNITY
At NRI we currently have a great permanent role for an experienced Applications Engineer with leadership experience.

Will manage a team of Application engineers and administrators within the client's BAU/Project environment.

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in the below:

Azure /.NET / SQL /
Technical and team leadership
Solution Architecture experience a bonus
A background in software development, ideally with functional experience.
Strong knowledge of SaaS products and understanding of maintenance and release schedules.
Strong experience in managing corporate Application Support services at all levels.
Ability to interact in a professional manner and build relationships with a broad range of people.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent consulting skills and comfortable working directly with clients and vendors.
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple staff and prioritise work.
Ability to selfmanage and work autonomously.
