The Position
- Coordinate trades in designated areas.
- Identify and rectify defects.
- Coordinate materials, timely deliveries and logistic, including storage
- Induction of subcontractors & site labour
- Liaise and manage sub contractors.
- Run project to the construction programme & specification
- Oversee quality of workmanship
Must Have
- Building trade background
- Demonstrated history as Foreman on these types of jobs
- Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
- Rhiannon has worked with many wellknown and respected tier 3 building companies over the last 5 years, knows the sector, can speak the industry lingo, and find you a great job, with a great tier 3 business._
