We are looking for capable and motivational Health Care Workers to join our team at Carshalton House.

Our 45 bed facility at Carshalton House is home to our elderly residents, comprising of five houses, each containing a kitchen and dining area with multiple use spaces for residents.

With a large communal dining/lounge area, surrounding established gardens, verandas and sitting rooms the homes are unique and create a warm and inviting environment - a beautiful facility to work in each day.

As a Health Care Worker with us, you will provide quality care and support for residents with activities of daily living through the promotion of a home like environment.

Successful applicants will have a sincere and engaging approach, with a genuine care for the eldery and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

The Position

Position Title:
Health Care Worker

Classification:
IN 3- IN 39 dependant on experience and qualifications

Salary per hour (exc. super): $ $31.74

Hours per fortnight:
Various - up to 76

Employment Status:
Full time/ Part time / Casual - _multiple positions available_

The Team

The Community and Public Health Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region.

With a range of local and regional programs supporting place-based health promotion, prevention, care and support, they work collaboratively with other Divisions and regional partnerships and networks to support quality outcomes.

The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
