2 positions Lidcombe or Kingswood Location
Part time Contract Role

Our client a large education state government department is seeking a Logistics Stores Officers for two main hubs in the Western suburbs to assist them during a busy project period.

Two positions available in two locations:

Kingwood and Lidcombe Locations
This is a part time role working any 2 days per week on short term contract till April 2023

Responsibilities

Communicated with various stakeholders for delivery and distribution of assets and equipment.
Tracking and follow up of deliveries using excel spreadsheet
Bar coding assets and equipment
Perform tasks to ensure efficient day to day stores operations
Receive and store incoming materials/equipment, inspecting and ensuring accuracy and quality of goods as intended.
Perform work or use equipment reliant on holding formal licences (such as forklift and drivers licences)
Supply of materials/equipment to meet business needs.

Essential Requirements:

Excellent communications skills
Attention to detail
Drivers Licence and Forklift licence
Working with Childrens Check
Computing skills: MS excel and outlook.

Working hours for this role will be from approx 7.30am to 3pm.
