About the role:

The amazing opportunity has come up for a Marketing Manager to join our amazing Glue marketing team. The role will be responsible for developing and championing our brand externally and internally. We are looking for someone with vision, drive and a passion all things fashion.
Your customer is Culturally aware individuals, with a strong sense of style.

They are worldly, confident and brand obsessed they shops to feel connected to their lifestyle - you should be too.

Key focus areas are the leading the brand & content marketing strategies across all channels, online and offline.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Work collaboratively with the content team to develop 360 campaigns with consistent execution through all channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Ownership of Strategic Marketing Planning including brand strategy, brand vision and proposition
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar across 2 countries (AU+NZ) and ensure it aligns with key business objectives
  • Developing the media approach with the relevant media agency to align with campaign and brand objectives
  • Lead the PR/Influencer and communications strategy for the organisation, building on a proactive and reactive approach
  • Build on current and future partnerships across branding and product to drive awareness in market
  • Develop, integrate, and drive marketing plans with a focus on brand and acquisition strategies
  • Develop and lead the social media strategy, ensuring that content creation is in line with the brand direction
  • Ensure that the Glue Store and In House brands are evolving and staying relevant to our core consumer
  • Analysing data regarding fashion trends and predicting future consumer trends.
  • Growing our customer base, increasing retention, and enhancing the customer experience across all channels
  • Manage key stake holder relationships, both internally and externally

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability in a highvolume retail industry.
  • Degree in a related discipline (prefer but on essential)
  • Ability to interpret global guidelines with a local lens.
  • Up to date with environmentally friendly Print and POP tactics.
  • Agency Management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • People leadership experience
  • IT Skills: Microsoft office (Very good), Adobe suite (highly regarded).
