The Fresh Collective deliver exceptional events, from the boardroom to outdoor events, and venue catering across Sydney and interstate.

We also operate in a multitude of Sydney's best event venues including the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney Theatre Company and the Art Gallery of NSW.

An exciting opportunity exists within our Sales & Events team for a talented and experienced Event Manager.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Events, the Event Manager will be an all rounder responsible for the quoting, coordination and delivery of a range of exciting events for our offsite clients and across our venues.

You will build excellent relationships with clients, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver exceptional event experiences and budgeted revenues.

About You

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with a luxury hotel, hospitality group or catering company
Great relationship building skills
A dynamic and passionate attitude towards food & beverage
Exceptional time management & communication skills
Sound organisational and computer skills
Priava experience is desirable
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask/manage multiple events
Ability to make calculated decisions, in line with company policies & procedures
Exceptional personal presentation
Outgoing personality with strong sales and negotiation skills
Enjoy adapting to a fast paced, project focused environment
Proactive and innovative approach to potential clients
Tertiary qualifications are desirable
