The Job:


  • Provide training & coaching to Newcastle team to optimise engagement & performance
  • Quality assurance & file reviews ensure your team is meeting SLAs, quality & outcome measures
  • Customer relationship management build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
  • Manage a caseload to maintain your technical skills & professional membership able to reduce this as the team grows
  • Recruitment & support of highperforming, likeminded individuals
  • Work from the Newcastle office, visit clients & from home
  • AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist (Provisional or Full); ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space
  • Energetic, enthusiastic & proactive
