About the role


We're looking for a passionate, talented individual to showcase their skills and say YES to a role of
Retail Operations
Specialist at our
Optus
Bourke Street Mall store located in
Melbourne CBD.

The purpose of this role is to provide a dedicated resource instore to manage our back of house operations.

The Retail Operations Specialist (ROS) will support in reducing stock and cash loss via training staff on policy and procedure, merchandising compliance and ensuring alignment with business requirements.


About you

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated use of initiative, planning, decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Ability to train, coach and develop peers
  • Integrity conscious individual with a high attention to detail
