    Job Description

    ** You must be an Australian Citizen **

    As HR Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change and innovation within this organisation. Here's what you'll be up to:

    • Assisting in the design and implementation of cutting-edge HR solutions and operational change programs.
    • Being a champion for change, advocating for our transformational processes to employees and managers.
    • Collaborating with our Senior HR Business Partners to craft new Position Descriptions and job evaluation processes, ensuring our team is set up for success.
    • Supporting our annual salary survey reviews and job matching processes to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
    • Playing a key role in our talent and succession planning, helping to nurture and develop our top talent.
    • Providing guidance and support to line managers on employee development plans.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in HR operations, coordination, or advisory, including exposure to performance and succession planning cycle and job evaluation.
    • Impeccable ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
    • Comfortable and experienced working across the full employee lifecycle.
    • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
    • Knowledge of Australian employment law.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
