We are excited to announce a new role has been created for an experienced Program manager working for a telecoms provider helping with their retail seperation project.

Due to the nature of the role we seek a very experienced, hands on Program manager as the project is starting from the beginning.

You'll be given all the resources you need to build your team and set you up for success.

Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the business
Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
Develop or approve budgets and operations
Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
Supervise all program and teams involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
Prepare reports to determine progress and issues
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations

Must Haves:

VoIP experience need to understand the product for the separation which is heavily telephony based
Telecoms background
Experienced with migration or entity seperation
Program Management expeirence of at least 2+ years
