We are looking for an experienced
IT Functional Expert - Service and Warranty to join our team at our
Scoresby
Office
.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Supporting major global business transformation program, enabled by SAP S/4HANA, implementing ERP best practices and standard capabilities that drive desired business success

Partner with business functions to analyze, define, and document business requirements and priorities.

Conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs.
Design, develop & implement best practice solutions and improvements to Service and warranty processes & work with business and IT teams to promote business transformation.
Engage with stakeholders, building relationships across business and IT and allowing for continued improvement across multiple projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

SAP configuration expertise in various modules for S/4 HANA or ECC 6.0, especially in the Service, Warranty and Sales modules.
SAP Certification in at least one of the major Service and/or sales relevant modules
Previous experience with trouble shooting and debugging of SAP design, configuration, that relates to solution gaps and incident management for enduser process including 3rd level production support.
Demonstrated ability to upskill knowledge on contemporary and emerging technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Cloud computing.
Knowledge of the software development cycle and project management methodologies. SAFe Agile certification and practitioner preferred
University or equivalent degree preferred or equivalent work experience in relevant technical discipline.
