The Firm

Our client is an international large top tier law firm who are looking for a receptionist to join the firm.

This firm has over 120 years of experience and are very passionate at what they do.

This is a firm you want to work for Their staff are energetic, motivated and passionate.

The opportunity

This wonderful full-time opportunity requires you to be someone who is polished in your appearance, professional in your approach and highly motivated.

Your responsibilities will include

Reception duties, answering calls and distributing messages
Being point of contact for clients
Creating memos and other documents
Providing administration support
Booking and arranging meeting rooms
Distribute catering as required to meeting rooms
Log all incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinate internal mail distribution
Assisting with function events
Assisting the Legal PA's when required
General administration

About you

To be considered for this role, you will have experience within a law firm, as a PA / LA or a Receptionist.
