Applications Close: 29 January 2023As an Administration Support Officer you'll provide exceptional clerical and administration support services within the Executive Support team. If you are wanting variety in working and supporting various areas of the business, this may be for you.

This position will pivot from IRT Market Street in Wollongong, working 3 days per week however flexible working arrangements including work from home will be negotiated with the successful applicant.


Your work may include:


  • Providing secretariat services at meetings and high level administrative support for our aged care, home care and retirement living operations and shared service areas of the business
  • Support on allocated projects from time to time as required
  • Updating existing organisational documentation using various databases, and business systems to ensure data integrity, and input and collate data for reporting purposes.
  • Other administrative duties including but are not limited to responding to incoming communications, redirecting/following up on enquiries and assisting with meeting organisation (setup, bookings, refreshments etc).

To be successful you will have:

  • Qualification in administration and/or previous demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and a high attention to detail are essential skill requirements.
  • Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of an integrated team,
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Sound administration experience with a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills to work in a fast paced operating environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products and other computer based information systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours if/when required
  • Current Driver's License
