The Team
An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Administrator to join our residential development team on a 12 month contract. This is a part-time role working 3 days per week.


In this role, you will provide administrative support to a team of lawyers and paralegals, working collaboratively alongside two other experienced Team Administrators.


Your Role
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening, closing and archiving files in our systems
  • Trust receipting, including arranging general and trust account transfers in accordance with Queensland Law Society requirements
  • Liaising with clients regarding deposits
  • Liaising with buyers and/or their solicitors regarding exchange of contracts
  • Disbursing settlement funds to clients and third parties in a timely way
  • Banking
  • General administrative tasks including scanning, uploading documents and mail
  • Sending invoices to clients Answering and directing calls

What you need

  • Previous administration experience supporting a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to pick up new technology and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
