A Retail Administrative Specialist, with us, involves:

  • Being based at our successful Chadstone showroom location and providing high quality administrative and customer service support to our team and to our valued customers.
  • Working a parttime weekly roster of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This would be an ideal role for an individual wanting to balance studies or other interests with the certainty of a regular parttime role and income.
  • As a welcoming first impression point in the showroom; greeting and directing customers towards their area of interest.
  • Answering phone calls and consulting with customers to help them identify the best solution to their enquiry.
  • Supporting the Store Manager and wider team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to achieve the smoothest running of the showroom and best customer experiences possible.

Here's what we're looking for:


  • Customer service and administrative experience from any frontline facing environment such as Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Contact Centre, name a few.
  • An adaptable mindset coupled with a willingness to try new things; test and learn mentality.
  • Proven multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You are often described as a good listener.
  • The desire to be a key part of a high functioning team.
  • The ability to work a parttime weekly roster of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
