Reporting to the
Area Manager, the
Administrator Service Operations will be responsible for all administrative activities, in line with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures.
Duties will include but not limited to general administration, induction requirements, ensuring timesheets are correctly entered, work order activities and quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Guildford
Roster:5/2 8hrs
To be successful the following is required:
- Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or Several years' experience working in a similar level influencing role
- Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
- Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
