We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Serviced Meeting Spaces Events and Catering Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team.

This role is crucial in our mission to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of meetings, catering, and events, making every detail perfect and every client delighted.

Working closely with our Serviced Meeting Spaces Sales Team and the broader Operations team, you'll be at the centre of coordination, ensuring a cohesive approach to delivering outstanding client experiences.


What your day to day will look like (but not limited to):

  • Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their needs and provide expert advice on meeting execution, catering options, and event management.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and followup of a range of events, from small meetings to large corporate functions, working closely with our Serviced Meeting Spaces Sales Team and Operations team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Work directly with the Operations Support Team to support rosters for SMS event management, provide guidance on additional Cafe requirements and resources.
  • Coordinate all aspects of catering services, meticulously planning menus and managing dietary requirements, in harmony with the Operations team's standards.
  • Guarantee meeting spaces are booked, set up impeccably, meeting client specifications
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure toptier service delivery, collaborating extensively with the Operations and Sales teams.
  • Partner with the sales team to devise creative customer offerings, maintaining a strong, seamless connection for an unrivalled customer experience.
  • Uphold stringent health and safety regulations, particularly in food safety, to uphold our high standards.
  • Solicit and integrate feedback for continual service improvement, always aiming to enhance client satisfaction with each event.
  • Demonstrable experience in organising and managing a variety of events, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Background in customer service within the hospitality or events sector, evidencing an ability to deliver premier experiences.
  • Stellar communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
  • A dedication to exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of surpassing client expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive problemsolver, ready to address challenges and generate inventive solutions.
  • A team player, fostering a positive environment and collaborating efficiently to achieve shared objectives.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of responding to changing needs and unexpected challenges with poise.
