Osborn House is a lovingly restored, impeccably styled 5-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Southern Highlands.

The restaurant in the Hotel offers carefully curated menus that tell a story of the seasons. The menus change regularly and they can be tasted while enjoying the views across Morton National Park.

Osborn House is now looking for a talented and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join their team.

Directing and overseeing Front Office. F&B. Maintenance and Housekeeping activities.
Taking initiative in ensuring that guests are satisfied and employee interactions with customers are positive.
Resolving conflicts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Meeting regularly with upper management to stay uptodate with organisational changes, issues and improvements and communicating these to other staff members.
Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow;
Uphold and enforce company policies.
Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction and schedule development plans.
Manage, coordinate and create the department's budget.
Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities.
Ensuring laws and regulations are observed.
Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervising the efficiency of all processes of a business or organisation by proactively monitoring general operations.
At least 2 years of Experience as a Hotel Duty Manager;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Strong communication skills;
Strong management and customer service skills;
