For over 24 years, seeking income and managing risk on behalf of thousands of investors has remained at the heart of everything they do.

They also provide tailored finance solutions to the property and construction sectors, as one of Australia's largest non-bank lenders.

They are now seeking a Content Specialist to join their high performing team and play a vital role in shaping their brand image and driving engagement with our target audience


About the role:


The Content Specialist is responsible for developing content of a technical nature across a wide range of channels and for various target audiences.

This includes but is not limited to white papers, investment reports, slide decks, newsletters, blogs, social media, podcast scripts and more.


By leveraging their economics and/or finance background, the Content Specialist plays a vital role in delivering the content that our investors and financial advisers demand, thus enhancing brand visibility, engaging the target audience, and driving successful campaigns.


Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Creating compelling collateral materials such as newsletters, market updates, and investment reports for advisers and investors.
  • Providing insightful commentary and analysis for company updates to ensure clarity and coherence for stakeholders.
  • Generating informative articles and reports covering investment and lending topics for retail investors, sophisticated clients, and advisers.
  • Developing visually appealing slide decks that effectively communicate market trends, product information, and financial product sales strategies to support advisers and attract investors.
  • Crafting compelling case studies highlighting successful loan transactions, and client success stories relating to projects funded by Trilogy.
  • Creating scripts and concepts for engaging monthly podcasts discussing investment and lending insights, trends, and strategies.
  • Drafting accurate media releases to effectively communicate company news, product launches, and key achievements.
  • Developing social media content of a technical nature to engage the target audience.
  • Advise the marketing team to develop effective messaging and storyboards for campaigns, ensuring that marketing campaigns reflect the technical reality of economic and financial concepts that relate to campaign messages.
  • Conduct own research, including collaborating with portfolio managers and other SMEs including but not limited to the Head of Risk and the Managing Director.

About the person:


To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of, and passion for, the economy, investments and financial concepts.

You have a superior ability to effectively communicate and articulate content strategies to colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

You will be proactive and hands-on in the delivery of content initiatives, ensuring their successful execution.

Further to this you will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or finance.
  • Financial services industry experience is preferred, particularly in funds management or investment banking.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, or a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality work within established deadlines.
  • Product knowledge, particularly in the financial services industry, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and risks.
  • Market knowledge, including understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
