Job Description:

In this role, you will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.


Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
  • Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
  • Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitmentrelated data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in highvolume technical recruiting, ideally gained from a mix of internal and agency environments;
  • Ability to adopt a consultative and customerfocused approach with our hiring manager community and create winning outcomes.
  • Experience with proactive sourcing strategies and building balanced teams: knows how to take a targeted approach to find the best person for an opportunity.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, LinkedIn).
