Your new role
***As a consultant in the Enjoy team, you will be responsible for delivering the end to end administration for accumulation and general retirement products including member onboarding, new member account creation, transaction processing, resolving data quality exceptions and processing member requests (e.g. update of details, beneficiary nominations, TPAs).You will also be required to support members, advisers, internal and external stakeholders by investigating and resolving simple queries, errors, and exceptions as well as review and index work items for the team in line with documented processes.


How do you exceed our expectations?


You will have demonstrated experience working in superannuation administration (knowledge in retirement products will be advantageous) and a sound understanding and knowledge of superannuation and retirement rules and regulations that underpin the products and services supported in super and retirement administration.

Additionally, you will have;

  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Member centric approach and empathetic decision making ability;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts surrounding superannuation in a nontechnical manner;
  • Strong prioritisation and planning skills and demonstrated ability to complete tasks of varying complexity within agreed service levels;
  • A strong commitment to teamwork; and
  • RG 146 qualification in superannuation (highly desirable).
