We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who enjoys partnering with clients and teams to provide generalist support and oversee the talent acquisition needs of Cromwell's Australian business.

About the Role

The People & Culture Business Partner is a permanent, full time role.


Reporting the People & Culture Operations Manager - Asia-Pacific, you will work with client groups providing effective operational People & Culture support across generalist partnering and recruitment lifecycle activities.

You will assist with the facilitation of P&C initiatives and programs and oversee the resourcing process and hiring needs for Cromwell's Australian business.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coach and support Leaders on people management matters pertaining to the full employment lifecycle;
  • Manage compliant performance and nonperformance processes to ensure the most effective utilisation of human resources;
  • Oversee remuneration processes to ensure employees are remunerated in a fair and competitive way;
  • Work with Leaders to identify and implement engagement initiatives in line with Cromwell's strategy;
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor in the delivery of highquality recruitment services;
  • Use direct and indirect applicant sourcing solutions to enable the successful attraction and hiring of key talent;
  • Oversee the full recruitment process to secure and retain the best talent in the market;
  • Collaborate and manage recruitment supplier relationships with PSA agencies;
  • Identify opportunities to drive recruitment projects and support the implementation of key initiatives ensuring alignment to operational plans, department objectives and Cromwell's strategy; and
  • Manage the accurate execution of payroll and liaise with the outsourced payroll provider on behalf of employees.
