What a day looks like in this role:

  • Being part of a small broker claims team, you will enjoy being a valued team member, building rapport and working toward company goals
  • Being the senior and mentoring two others in the team, as well as allocating work
  • Working on a commercial claims portfolio within this highly successful broker
  • Covering all commercial areas including property and liability
  • Working closely with clients, brokers, insurers, and assessors to ensure seamless claims process
  • Dealing with any complaints and ensuring they are responded to within IDR timeframes and responses are thorough and fair
  • Supporting team members, providing training with more complex claims when needed
  • Providing assistance to all stakeholders, during the claim and educating them where required

What you will pride yourself on bringing to the role:

  • Experience in commercial broking claims with a knowledge of WINBEAT
  • The ability to ask professionally in all situations and manage more challenging claims
  • A desire to help others, educating clients and supporting team members and brokers
  • Your ability to influence outcomes in a positive manner
  • A desire to help clients/brokers, being their advocate during a challenging time
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as being an integral part of a team
