HR Business Partner role supporting large national organisation on people related initiatives.
Our client is a large complex organisation going through a period of change and transformation that is challenging and exciting.
It is a dynamic environment and you will have HR experience across leadership development, people capability, coaching and mentoring, and driving people initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide HR advice and support
- Translating business strategy into HR strategy, using the appropriate HR solutions
- Deliver on HR initiatives and projects, nationally
- Provide professional advice and solutions on employment related issues
- Contribute consistent and continuous improvement of HR services
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR Business Partner
- Confident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely advice
- Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
