Belle Property Neutral Bay, Cammeray, Crows Nest & Mosman are award winning Property Management offices specialising across the Lower North Shore precincts.

Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our landlords & tenants.

We provide training and support of all systems and processes.

Responsibilities include:

Client facing with a focus on exceptional service
Running a very clean portfolio with support
Resolve all repairs & maintenance issues
Arrears management & lease renewals
Accounts, administration, ingoings, routine inspections and leasing support will be provided
Work closely in a team of three other Property Managers, a Property Associate, a Bookkeeper, a Leasing Consultant and a Business Development Manager

A real estate licence/certificate, driver's licence and car are essential.

A minimum of 2+ years experience in a same or similar role is required. Local area knowledge will be viewed highly.
