RoleDescription


TheSIAM Bundle Lead is responsible for contribution to theDepartments future Service Integration and Management approachand leading anysubsequentapproaches to market for these services.

TheSIAM Bundle Lead willlead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and servicedelivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assignedoutcomes.

The successfulSIAM Bundle Lead and SIAM SME will have a strong understanding ofmulti-vendor ICT operating models, contemporary development andservice delivery frameworks and models, and contemporary servicemanagement toolsets and solutions


This includes:

  • Applyingtheir knowledge of the following to various aspects of theprogram, including but not limited to the development of approachto market requirements for enterprise computing services,evaluating responses, agreeing solutions, and implementingcontracted outcomes:
  • contemporarySIAM and ITIL Service Management services and operating models.
- othercontemporary development and service delivery frameworks andmodels such as DevSecOps and SAFe.
- contemporaryservice management toolsets and solutions, including publiccloud toolsets and solutions.


SIAMBundle Lead

  • Workclosely with the Sourcing Lead and the Program Office Lead indefining, scoping and managing the delivery of assigned outcomes.
  • Workclosely with the EL2 Director in ensuring appropriate levels ofengagement are being undertaken with existing IT servicemanagement teams.
  • Ensurethat the Departments future people, process and technologyrequirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed.
  • Workwith all relevant stakeholders to develop any approach to marketdocumentation for SIAM.
  • Undertake,as necessary, research and investigation into modern ICTservices, practices and delivery models.

SIAMSME

  • Workingwith a diverse array of stakeholders to identify and develop SIAMrequirements for inclusion in approaches to market.
  • Developingdocumentation on both current state and future state requirementsand other relevant documentation as required.
Supporting the SIAM Bundle Lead,Sourcing Lead, Program Manager and Program Office in theirdeliverables.

Requiredskills and experience


The
SIAMBundle Leadwill have:


  • Significantdemonstrated experience in implementing large scale GovernmentICT outsourcing arrangements, includingexperience in requirements development, tender evaluation,contract negotiation, and service implementation.
  • Significantdemonstrated experience in implementing SIAM services acrosslarge scale ICT delivery environments, including withinGovernment.
  • Demonstratedexperience with service management and enterprise operationaltoolsets and solutions.
  • Strongstakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitatesmooth transitions and minimise disruption.
  • Abilityto collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to identifygaps in strategy, delivery, and capability, resolve complexissues and seek consensus.
  • Theability to lead relevant workshops and technical discussions toproduce a consensus view or outcome.
  • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills to effectivelycommunicate to stakeholders, executive and technical staff.
Ability to develop clear and concise documentation for inclusionin future approaches to market.
The ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations andoutcomes is essential.

  • Theability to present information and communicate expectationsacross conflicting priorities/workloads.
  • Abilityto work under pressure with close attention to detail. Thisincludes the ability to plan, coordinate, and track the progressof various activities within agreed timelines.

The
SIAMSMEwill have:


  • Demonstratedexperience in implementing Government ICT outsourcingarrangements, includingexperience in requirements development, tender evaluation,contract negotiation, and service implementation.
  • Demonstratedexperience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICTdelivery environment, including within Government.
  • Demonstratedexperience with service management and enterprise operationaltoolsets and solutions.
  • Strongstakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitatesmooth transitions and minimise disruption.
  • Strongverbal and written communication and documentation skills. Theability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations andoutcomes is essential.
  • Theability to present information and communicate expectationsacross conflicting priorities/workloads.
