Hours are Monday

  • Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • A supportive and dynamic workplace
  • Front of house position/Uniform includeed

Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Provide accurate information about Harbour Town, including store locations, operating hours, and promotions.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, addressing their needs or redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing appointments.
  • Support the management team with various tasks, including coordinating events and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of information and customer assistance.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of incoming calls and visitors.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
