Mai-Wel is the regions leader in NDIS support and employment pathways for individuals in the disability and youth streams. With over 65 years serving our community this is an organisation with people at it's core and delivering for disadvantaged.

The role of Senior Workforce Officer will play a crucial role in Mai-Wel's Workforce Planning department. Providing analysis, compliance and delivering effective data to ensure supports are delivered in an operational and financially effective manner to the Disability Support Pathways team.

The Role

Review rosters prior to publication to support workforce officers with compliance
Provide administrative support for key accountabilities with system leave requirements
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure participant schedules and workforce requirements are supported
Analysis of participant funding and staff rosters to meet requirements
Maintain accurate records of staff leave and participant schedules to facilitate effective decision-making
Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to organisational policies and regulatory requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiative within the Workforce Planning team

You will need:

Experience working in the scheduling / rostering of programs within NDIS or transferable sector
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate business rules and industrial tools
Ability to analyse data, report and manage accordingly to drive effective operational improvements
Knowledge of Skedulo, Lumary or SAGE systems is desirable
Working knowledge of the SCHADS Award is desirable
Ability to work within a team and to be able to communicate to a large casual workforce
Experience and understanding of NDIS support coordination and costs
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including high level of MS Excel exp
Well developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to identify and meet expectations in a timely manner
